Saw on twitter there was a contest to win some great Victor Gischler swag. Unfortunately the sign-up was last week. :( The theme was to write a bit of flash fiction that dealt with crime or superheroes (those being Gischler’s thing). I wrote something anyway.

The likeness of being
My life is a series of truths and lies. The truths put the food on the table and the lies help me bide my time. I want this to switch. My lies need to flourish and contaminate with it’s own viral necessity to expand. Lies become truth when enough people believe. Do you want to believe?
